pursuant to Legislative Decree no. n . 196/2003 ( Code relating to the protection of personal data) , the processing of personal data shall be based on principles of correctness, legality and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. We predicted the following information:

1. To be able to enter you in the register of members, we need the provision of data relating to name, surname, date and place of birth and residence. The refusal to provide such data involves the failure to register the association.    b) information of a commercial nature and not of accessory products to the life of the Association;
   c) sending the data to subjects which have to manage them for accounting purposes or to treat them for the purposes provided for by law.

3. The treatment will be carried out with paper and/or electronically. The information you provide will be:
   a) processed lawfully and in accordance with the principles of ethical correctness prescribed by the regulations;
   b) collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in other processing operations in a manner compatible with those purposes;
   c) accurate and, where necessary, updated at the request of the person concerned or at the specific request of the Association;
   d ) adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected and/or processed;
   e) kept in a form which permits identification of data for a period of time no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
   
   Any computer processing of data is carried out in accordance with the requirements for safety provisions in existing legislation.

4. We inform you that the personal data allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life, those relating to health, are sensitive information. These data, together with data records, spontaneously delivered by you, will not be processed without prior express written consent to be supplied separately in addition to the signed release on therequest for admission as a full member;

5. The holder of the treatment is ..............................., at the headquarters of ....................................... . The person in charge of data retention is the President. The person in charge of data processing is the vice President. The data processing takes place at the aforementioned registered offices and will be furnished only by the staff responsible for it, before specified.

6.  At any time you can exercise your rights towards the data controller, in accordance with art. 7 of the Privacy Code, in particular, you may ask to know the existence of personal data concerning him, to obtain without delay the communication in intelligible form of the data and their origin, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of law, the updating, rectification or integration of data; certification that the above transactions have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated, except in the case where this requirement proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data, pertinent for collection purposes.

7.  For further clarification of the objectives pursued by the Associazione................................... and to get more information about the organization of the Association, we invite you to read the Constitution and the information in the social bulletin board prepared for that purpose, or visit the website.

8.  Requests for exercise of rights under the Code in favor of the person concerned may be directed to the address of the data controller (Association.............). or via email at flirt@flirtclub.it. In the event of non-renewal of membership to the Association, the personal data of the person concerned, unless the express request of cancellation, will be held in the archives of the Circle in the quality of writing sympathizer.
