To avoid to be charged, members who are unable to attend the dinner, have to cancel the dinner they booked until 19:00.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP CARD (MANDATORY)
The membership card is valid 365 days and is obligatory for all who wish to participate in activities of the club and events.
